Award for Workplace Excellence


The Peter Barron Stark Companies' Award for Workplace Excellence is given annually to those companies who utilize our employee opinion survey program and meet one of the following criteria:

1) Exceeding an overall favorable response of at least 80%.

2) Improving their corporate culture by at least eight percent on a consecutive survey within the last two years.
