1) Exceeding an overall favorable response of at least 80%

2) Improving their corporate culture by at least eight percent on a consecutive survey within the last two years.

Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger recently signed Assembly Bill 1825, which will require employers in California with 50 or more employees to provide two hours of sexual harassment training for all supervisory personnel. The initial training must be completed by Jan.1, 2006 and repeated every two years.
